97.3 The Game Milwaukee Programming To Air On WNFL Green Bay

Midwest Communications Sports 1440 WNFL/101.9 W270AJ Green Bay WI will begin airing the local programming of iHeartMedia Sports “97.3 The Game” WRNW Milwaukee on Monday, June 22.

WNFL currently airs Premiere Networks’ Fox Sports Radio programming with the exception of the statewide syndicated Bill Michaels Show based at Entercom’s “105.7 The Fan” 1250 WSSP from 10am to 2pm. In its stead the 6am to 6pm local programming lineup of WRNW will begin airing on WNFL.

Starting June 22nd WNFL will air programming from WRNW-FM.

Starting June 22nd WNFL will air programming from WRNW-FM.

They used to simulcast most of their programming (9AM-6PM) on WTSO in Madison until earlier this year. Now just the morning show. Some of the shows are aired on WSCO in Appleton. Most of it didn’t work out in Madison. Might do better in Green Bay. Either way they have nothing to lose.

Seems like it’s being modeled after KFAN in Minneapolis. A lot of their programming is syndicated to other stations. KFAN has much higher ratings though...
