Seriously, are you kidding? I doubt someone who would pay $22MM for a station would roll over and die before hitting the market. That would be like NASA telling the astronauts of Apollo 11, "Commander Armstrong this is Houston, we don't have a problem. We've just decided to cancel the Moon landing. Turn that baby around and come on home." Years were spent moving it from Flagstaff. Why would anyone decide to go back north and play in the sticks?
They're probably making dang sure that they pick the right format and have staff and studios ready to go before turning the carrier back on. With so many frequencies in Phoenix, coming to the air with the wrong format would be a monumental and costly mistake.
Or they could be in the process of a turn and burn with a variety of individuals.
