97.7 KNIU-LP Kansas City technical difficulties

Yesterday, I heard it on and silent. So I texted the phone number on the FCC license and they said they'd fix. Last night, the music started back up with a loud 60 Hz type humming noise, the kind heard when too much electrical power is going through analog audio cables. Since then, the Spanish music they play has been on and sometimes off, with the loud humming swelling up during pauses in between songs. No announcements are being played on KNIU either, not even a top of hour call letter ID.
Anybody in the area with experience in dealing with the humming sound wanna do anything?

They've since partially gotten rid of the hum, and now songs are faded into one another like professional automation software.
However instead of the ID at the top of the hour, it plays about 27 minutes past and interrupts the song that's playing when it's time for the ID. Maybe their computer clock is wrong, IDK. In any case, the ID says:
"You are listening to KNIU-LP, 97.7, live from Kansas City.
One Heart Radio."

This is technically not a legal ID. I doubt the FCC would do anything but these guys need to read the rules.

For a week KNIU was stuttering 0.5 seconds of their audio on repeat, and now it's just broadcasting Radio Vida from South Texas. Home | Radio Vida

Radio Vida announces all their stations at the top of hour except for KNIU, which is so new maybe they just haven't added their ID yet.

Still going with Radio Vida. I've heard it off a couple times but they probably had an Internet outage.

There's this humming noise though that seems louder during talk programming and quiet parts of songs.
Presumably they are running audio equipment the wrong way and have a loud ground loop the audio compression just makes worse.

It changed Thursday back to One Heart Radio. For a couple days or so Vida was still going quietly in the background, but that seems to have stopped. Now just One Heart Radio with Spanish Christian music.

It's back to Radio Vida, with the loud humming noise. Someone can't make up their minds...

Honestly I would switch back to the local One Heart programming, as the humming is undoubtedly annoying.

Pretty sure Radio Vida is permanent... It's gone back to local programming for a short period or two but always goes back to Vida. At least they partially fixed the humming, but it's still there. Radio Vida's online stream hums too.

If anyone cares, Radio Vida has added "KNIU-LP 97.7 FM Kansas City KS" to their on-air hourly ID; the station is still broadcasting their programming. Judging by the amount of replies on this post nobody does.
