It's a wait and see. Astral Media might still sell to another company (or bunch of companies) out there.
The Bell deal was rejected, but others could still buy.

As for staff, many have been there for years. I am a Kristy Knight fan myself, so no, there is no need to change the staff.
Keeping things more local would be smart. Evenings need more local feel. Overnights would be nice too, but that's money Astral won't spend.
