97.9 back to KISS FM

I was there in the Baymeadows Rd. building when we flipped WFSJ (Smooth Jazz) to KISS-FM in 2000. As a matter of fact, after the entire WFSJ air staff was sacked, I was asked to cover the morning show until the stunting. If nothing else, it was fun to add "smooth jazz" to my resume.
 
Another opportunity missed! Planet should have been moved to 97.9.

I love listening to the old PAMS jingle set montage "Every town has a KISS" and this was back in the early 80s.
