I'm sure they know they are in violation of many of these FCC rules but from what I've heard they don't really care and will play dumb if caught but ignorance of the rules ain't going to save them from fines. KXAM buffers a lot and drops out. They need a more reliable internet connection at the transmitter site but then again it is in the middle of nowhere. Probably as best as its going to get.
