97 BHT & 98.5 KRZ

Hello everybody! I live in Northern NJ and have been listening to that new CHR station in New York City 92-3 NOW-FM. There is room for another CHR station in New York City. I am quite familiar with the long time CHR battle between heritage CHR 97 BHT and legendary CHR giant 98.5 KRZ. What can you tell the difference between these two CHR stations? I know for a fact that KRZ has that Saturday Night Live At The Oldies and BHT heavily focuses more on today's music. But what else can you tell the differences in music between BHT & KRZ?
