98.1 + 100.5 + 105.5 = 96 Wave

Anyone in Chucktown should know this formula. It's not like 96 Wave left us, it's just parceled out amongst three stations.

But...why does 100.5 use positioners that are akin to an AAA station? And why the "Drive" (synonymous with classic hits & AAA stations?)

Why does 98.1 insist on playing outside of core active classics (Aerosmith? RAINBOW!?) Leave that garbage for 104.5. It does appear, however, they're live & local most of the time, including weekends. They still have a LOOONG way to go as far as processing, and a tower move closer to town would be nice, along with 105.5, for better building penetration.

Why does 94.3 broadcast in stereo? They'd be better served as a N/T in mono.

That's all. Carry on.

So if you played Slipknot, Goo Goo Dolls and Melissa Ethridge on one station that would be the wave sound?

I was not aware that Slipknot, Goo Goo Dolls and Melissa Ethridge were the only three artists being played on these stations. My bad.
