98.1 ESPN Campus Radio off the air

I wonder if this is related to the grand opening of ESPN's new "Audio Avenue" broadcasting complex in Bristol (more info on the Sports board)...

But the big question is whether or not 97.9 will be a "nice" listen in a year from now... :-X
 
I would think with the impending change to Kix, that as an experimental license EPSN will either move frequency or go off completely. I highly doubt they will get to remain on air on that frequency.
 
I was in New Britain on Friday, and I heard ESPN on 98.1 again, must have been experimenting off air with the experimental station.
 
Again, they most likely fired up a new transmitter from their new "Audio Avenue" facilities in Bristol...
