I was able to pick up some programming on this station while driving to work in the Heights. Not the best signal out there but it was listenable . A preacher in Spanish was giving a sermon.
 
KIRP has been on the air for several months. Sugar Land based signal has very spotty reception near downtown; marginal signal at my Cy-Fair location.
