What Is The Format on 98.3 out Goldsboro?? Radio-Locator.com Says It's WGBR On 98.3 True Or False??
 
Yes, it is WGBR according to Radio Locator, it's broadcasting 250 watts and licensed to La Grange, it's transmitting out of their studios on U.S. 70 near Goldsboro, relaying the "Classic Hits" format of WELS 102.9 in Kinston.
