98.3 KLDR - Hot AC/CHR in Southern Oregon

For the past couple of years, Medford has had three CHR's, which is more than you'll find just about anymore else. In recent months, KLDR has shifted back to a CHR-leaning (at times) Hot AC. "Hot 98.9" KRVC covers Medford/Ashland only, with no signal in Grants Pass, while "Now 93.7" KTMT and 107.5 "Kiss FM" KIFS have translators covering Grants Pass. 98.3 KLDR broadcasts from Grants Pass with a C2 signal, and has a translator in Medford. Is there too much CHR in Southern Oregon, or can all four of these stations continue to succeed?
