98.3 Miami

now that done with improve the signal so people can pick it up in their homes not just their cars

You must be north of Ft Lauderdale. 98.3 is 100 kw at nearly 1500 feet, and has a 70 dbu over all of Dade save a couple of square miles in the glades at the NW tip of the county. The 64 dbu extends just north of Ft Lauderdale. For Spanish language formats, it may be the best signal in the market.

So Enrique Santos is back?

What's gonna happen with the other talk shows they had, especially Joe Ferrero?

He is coming back at 6am, Joe Ferrero, I think he is doing other things.. "El Arañazo", the 3pm is no more, the main host Omar Moynelo is on WQBA now.

Joe Ferrero would be pretty strong 3-7pm in my opinion...

I don't think I would go that far unless the Florida Keys are significant, but they do have a huge footprint.
For Dade County, I would put them on a par with or slightly better than the two stations downtown but nowhere near as good as the four on Pembroke Rd and County Line Rd.

The Keys are not in the market.

Anyone know if their online stream is down? I was able to listen yesterday but it doesn't seem to be working anymore

Glad I am not the only one with that issue. One other thing, I don't know if the music that they are playing will be the music that they will play come Monday. I find the music repetitive and not alot of variety in it. I am still baffled by the name change though. I don't really know the reasoning behind it.
