Is that a CC station? If so it won't be oldies for long. For the most part CC is "cashing out" of oldies. I hear it'll be a CHR or Hot AC. Maybe even country to squash WKKY.

CC already has HAC WZOO/102.5 in that cluster, so it wouldn't be a shock for me to see 98.3 goes with CHR as a "Kiss FM." In CC's Mansfield cluster, HAC "Y105" WYHT/105.3 is paired with CHR "Kiss FM" simulcast WWBK/98.3 and WBZW/107.7...

Country also sounds like a good bet, too.

Country it will be.. "The Bull" is one of CC's country monikers WYBL fits.

I'm not so sure about it being "The Bull". That website was up in July 2003 when the news about the call letters WYBL moving to Ashtabula was posted in NorthEast Radio Watch. If I remember correctly, that was WYBL's former identity as a country station in Louisville.

"Bull" has been used as a ruse for many a station sign on/flip.

I'm not sold on this "Bull" myself (sorry !)

For all we know, CC may just as well use the "Buckeye Country" slogan (a la WCOL/Columbus or WCKY-FM/Tiffin), should WYBL go with country...
