Looking at ratings, KUZX has a 2.6 and KUFX has a 1.4, 1.4+2.6=4.0 So in one book they've beaten The Bone(2.6) KFOG(2.5) and The Band(1.8) Thoughts?

Uh, most of that 2.6 is leftover from classical, isn't it?
 
for some people still think 102.1 fm playing classical (not everyone's going to the internet for radio format news). january is only one week in and it's too early to tell.
