98.5 KUFX

I know this isn't an E because it like 60 Miles..I posted this on the Cali Forum, But now I think of it..it's strange getting it in Vallejo with KRXQ

I been getting KUFX full blast on my DX-380 & My Walkman for a week in a half now..

I thought at first it was an E coming in with KRXQ, But later it IDed at 98.5 The Fox

Theirs no way that its an E, the distance is too short. I've found that once you go over the Sunol Grade by Fremont, you lose most of the San Jose stations. Then around Sears Point in the North Bay they start comming back. I've actully got KSJO 92.3 to lock in HD around Sonoma and KUFX in HD around Novato. Back at home in Concord, I can go around the house and usually find a place where KFOX is ok.

I used to get 98.5 KUFX when they were on Loma Prieta, Instead I get 98.5 The Fox KDFO Bakersfield and sometimes on tropo conditions KRXQ from Sacramento. When I drive up to the Sierras I can pick them up, actually as I drive on Highway 168 depending where I'm at all 3 come in one at a time going up to Huntington Lake.
It a little confusing being that KUFX and KDFO are the FOX and are both Classic Rock.
