98.7 Arizona sport Radio

I am on my neighborhood and I could listen to the station battling with the FM translator that we have here in Houston.

E-skip or pirate rebroadcasting it via their website or phone app?

On the same frequency? I mean it’s possible but I think it was tropo .

It's e-skip, Mrtejano. I have 99.9 KESZ Phoenix currently overriding semi-local KMOO-FM. K-Moo is about 22 miles to my north, but at 6:30 CDT it's completely covered by KESZ. I'm currently listening to a commercial for the City of Scottsdale, promoting it as the perfect vacation destination.

Isn't Scottsdale home to the world famous lamptimer? Seems to me, that would be well worth the fare alone.

Nice catch, sir. :)

You were hearing KMVP-FM in Phoenix, "Arizona Sports 98.7." Houston and Phoenix are at an optimum distance for E-skip.

I recall visiting Phoenix decades ago and hearing the station's earlier incarnations as KTAR-FM and KBBC.

Eskip. Im in Laramie, WY and Dallas to Lufkin to the border is perfect reach for me on FM

Yep, there was a decent e-skip opening this afternoon. Received 92.3 KTAR Phoenix, KRST Albuquerque and KOMP Las Vegas around 7pm in Cypress.
