98.7 different than 106.1

These two translators are playing different songs from each other. So I guess they're not simulcasting anymore? Still seems like same language but not airing the same programming.

You don't know the difference between Vietnamese language and Spanish language? And here I thought you were Mr. Tejano!

106-1 K291CE is still airing the Siddiqi programming. 98-7 now relays the new 97-9 KBXX HD2. I know nothing about the programming, name of the programming, or anything like that, since I can not understand Vietnamese. I do know that Cesar Guel still owns it, and he's apparently found a sucker. I mean client.
 
This must have just launched, as the HD-2 on KBXX wasn't there at a very recent check. The 98.7 signal has good coverage of the SW part of the market, where the Vietnamese population is concentrated.
 
I can verify KBXX-HD2's existence for at least the last two weeks. It came to life prior to the split of 98-7 & 106-1.
