Does anyone know about what is going on with this station? They have been playing the same song over and over for the past several days. They have been playing "Suddenly I See" by KT Tunstall over and over.

I noticed that last night when I came up to North Texas to see family. I thought it strange, but assumed it a technical glitch that would eventually get fixed. Today however, the song continued, and I meant to report here.....

However, an hour or so I checked and the station has returned to normal, the way it was before the repeating song. Seems they had the song on repeat or something. I guess they were finally made aware of the problem, and have fixed it.


It proves they don't care when big problems go that long unnoticed.
 
Never mind. It's not fixed. The same song has begun repeating itself again. LMAO.

Good thing Wichita's got other stations...
 
KZAM use to be on 104.7 out in Victoria until they shut the doors on it.
 
Okay, I've noticed a pattern. I don't listen often because I hated that song to begin with, but the station is good to listen to from 10:00 PM to midnight. At exactly 10:00 the song gets interrupted halfway through with another one, and the station sounds like a Jack FM station for exactly the next two hours. Here's a recording of what happens at exactly 10:00 every night. I just happened to catch this on Dec 22nd. I know it's boring but I thought I'd post it here just because I can.

The repeating song starts up at exactly 12:00 two hours later though.


Guess they'll probably be back to fix it sometime after the holidays...
