98.9 and 98.1 LPFMs

I just saw the FCC has changed the 98.9 LPFM that didn't make it to "DKQAN-LP". I feel bad for them, if they wanted to come on in the end and couldn't make it.

But 98.1 which doesn't have call letters, filed with the FCC they are on the air now. However I cannot hear 98.1 at all from my location near Us Highway 281 N. But it's only 50 watts and not very high.

98.1 still doesn't have call letters and still doesn't appear to be on the air, maybe they're just holding onto the channel so no one else can use it, unless they're planning building it.

I don't know 98.1 so time to be quiet it's their signal, if they don't care too much about it that's their decision, just like with KHJS-LP 99.1.

I saw on LPFMDatabase's Facebook page that 98.1 has the KCDC call letters now.

I still cannot hear it, and I don't know who Omega Christian Communications is.
