Rest of Louisiana 98.9 Franklinton

I'm starting to wonder if my mind is playing tricks on me.

I can't find any record of this whatsoever, but I seem recall at one point 98.9 out of Franklinton tried FM talk as "Real Radio 98.9" including Mike Church in the lineup. Wikipedia only ever lists it as country and Top 40 then back to country.

Am I completely mixing frequencies and markets or did this actually happen?

Not sure about there but KQLK 97.9 Deridder/Lake Charles did run this format with that branding and Mike Church in the 90s

Also New Orleans had a station like that of Real radio (Hot talk/Rock in 2002 as they were one of the stations that aired Sex For Sam if i remember) . Was WXXM 94.9 Reserve which is the current Classic Country/Swamp pop WGUO 94.9 in Houma.
