98-9 LPFM San Antonio, trying to come back

San Antonio Christian Church's 98-9 LPFM app is trying to amend to get their CP. The name on the application is JOSE SALAS. He's the application certifier, pastor, contact rep, everything.
This is different than 107-9, which had the other names from when it was dismissed left on it when they tried to come back.
So is this comeback a real one, or is it like 107-9? Hmm.
 
Well, it's been granted Mouse. Dated Friday May 13, 2016. We'll have to wait and see what happens.
 
Currently just picking up KLMO on 98-9, but that's no surprise. It was off yesterday, probably because of the weather, but it's back now.
Actually when I read your post I checked and KLMO was down, so I thought maybe they were finished because of the new LPFM.
