98.9 the bull got some free air time today

Trying to figure out how a trailer suddenly has no back wheels. Wow.

Looks like a big travelling billboard, though, doesn't it.
 
They frequently park these advertising trailers in a parking lot near the fife curve on I-5. Those unfortunate enough to be stuck in that traffic nightmare between 2pm and 7pm are treated to a view of multiple trailers that are labeled "KIRO 97.3" "100.7 The Wolf" or "98.9 The Bull". Judging by the fact I haven't seen some of those trailers move even an inch in years, it wouldn't surprise me if they weren't actually roadworthy.
