Earl is back in Eastern Arkansas.
99.3 flipped from Urban to Classic Rock bringing back Earl to Eastern Ark.
New call sign is KERL.

What East Arkansas needs, yet another classic rawk station. As if the REO-Eagles-ZZ Top crowd can't get enough on Rock 103 (WEGR) and The Max (WXMX) in Memphis.
 
licensed to Cotton Plant but yes targeted to Forrest City & Wynne Ar.

There were no spots running on the station with the R&B format so I'm not shocked to see a flip.
