99.5 Phoenix Metro Area

Looks like KRPH is back on the air. In central Phoenix it is a mix of KIIM, KWSF and KRPH. KRPH must be running lower than their licensed power because KSWG locks in with RDS on my Sangean ATS-909X2 at home. Also the other Wickenburg area station KHOV comes in a little weaker than KSWG. KSWG gets out pretty good for a CLASS-C3 signal on a shorter tower. Both KHOV and KRPH are on the same tower and KSWG seems stronger than KHOV at my home. Maybe KSWG running mono is helping out their signal.

It was play a loop of about the same 30 classic hits songs. But today I'm hearing a simulcast of KIKO 96.5 on 99.5.
WTF? KRPH received a "short leash" license renewal for 1 year, expiring in September, 2023. Last time a the txmtr site, I saw no evidence of any sort of STL. 96.5 sounds pretty bad...their processing is pumping like crazy. Wonder if Mr. Low plans on picking up KRPH?
