99.5 sounds great!

I'm surprised nobody commented on how great 99.5 the new New London Translator sounds! The signal is phenominal. Great top 40 country format. Very well processed, and the best coverage for a 250 watt translator I have ever heard. It translate's WBMW HD2. Great job John Fuller (Brian Ram and Phil Gilman too)! As always.

Geez Chris, kiss up to John a little more...

It's really squeezed in there, short to WEAN-FM, W258AC Storrs, WPLR New Haven, WCRB Lowell, MA, and WJZS Block Island... hence the pretty directional signal.

As for content, it's just country songs and a bland liner voiced by Seth Hughes saying "99-5.... F M."

It'll probably be in tandem with Fuller's new 99.5 translator in Clinton, and one would guess his translator out in Montauk.

...Because apparently the revenue pie isn't sliced thinly enough in SE CT.
