It's likely it causes no issue to KMVQ as it's far outside of their 60.

It looks like it's been licensed for awhile now.

On a side note, thanks for helping to keep the Sacramento board alive. :)
 
When I travel to Vallejo on the bus, I love listening to 997 now on my Grundig, It comes in West Sac sometimes strong ..I won't turn it to 99.7 when I go in Davis
