If you are indeed a "new user" how would you be able to say, one way or the other, that there is a membership decline?

Obviously, you have been reading the board for some time and have made a judgement about "membership" (which is not the same as "participation").

And if you have been here for some time, your new name represents either a sock puppet alter ego or the return of a previously banned "member".
 
I really don't understand why the Houston-Galveston Radio Board gets so out of control.
Why is there so much hatred on this Board?
