99.7 KVUT Cuney (Tyler)

I noticed that KVUT 99.7 signed on. They are playing NPR programs, classical, and jazz. It sounds like everything is piped in at the moment from a national feed. The station is running a "soft launch" and still testing according to their website. So, hopefully some local content is in store in the future. The signal covers Tyler alright, but there is no Longview coverage. A translator would be helpful there.
