It's rebroadcasting KEDA 1540. Good quality audio.
Actually it sounds better than 102.3, which is overdriven. So if you want to listen to overdriven KEDA go to 102.3, but if you want clear KEDA use 99.9. LOL
 
That's weird, the other day 99.9 was weaker than 102.3 at my location, now it's stronger than 102.3 is.

Did they raise the power of it? 102.3 is closer to me but 99.9 is more power. 102.3 is less power and a very short height.
 
99.9's audio is distorted like the sound is too loud for it's transmitter or something. I'm not sure if that causes problems for other stations around it or not.
Maybe they need a new engineer. LOL and what's taking it's license to cover so long to go through?
 
99.9s license went through in 2019, and as of right now they turned their volume way down so no more distortion. But it's very quiet so they turned it down too much LOL.
