99.9 TRANSLATOR OF WGHM IN NASHUA WILL BE BACK

The FCC website shows an order that the deleted license of a translator in Nashua will be reinstated. It involved a dispute over it allegedly causing interference to the translator of WFEA Manchester also on 99.9 and the Nashua facility being silent since 2020. Saga claimed the translator was off the air long enough to be deleted and tried to refute claims it had been on briefly to maintain the licence and they also accused Absolute Broadcasting of operating with an unauthorized two bay antenna. The commission found otherwise and released the order today reinstating the license. Saga takes the L on this one and a little guy broadcaster wins.
