990 Back To Gospel

And 990 has gone Back to Black Gospel
They just cant seem to keep formats on that station.

Just switch it to True Oldies And leave it there

IIRC, doesn't 990 have a pretty bad siginal or am i presuming this to be the case?

Really.  Is it Rejoice or some locally programmed gospel.  Are they still running Point of View at 1 pm.

You know Mortensen should buy this station and add it KKGR, KHVN, KTNO, and KGME. 

The break down could be this:

KHVN--for over 40 gospel listeners...No Ministries...Just classic gospel music
KGGR AM/FM--12 to 39 gospel music listeners...Uptempo gospel music....No minsitries
KFCD--All Minsitries 24/78/365

990 covers the market pretty well. Im not sure why they cant keep a format or gain ratings there.

The reason 990 AM has to keep changing formats & content is as follows.

1.The people running it while it's in receivership are not radio people at all.

2. They are demanding $60K a month in lease/rent. $30K too much

3. The Signal is crap west of hwy 360 in arlington

Who is running it while it is in receivership? Is the station being LMAed under this new format?

It's is being run by a female who works for a law firm. It ain't about radio its about $60K per month.
