A 4th Hour Of "Today"?

In Charlotte, where I live, this would lead in to WCNC's midday news which starts at 11 instead of 12. They currently air Martha Stewart at 10. But she could be moved.

A 4th hour of Today would also clash with Regis & Kelly, which is carried in Boston, Baltimore and some other NBC stations in the country. Those NBC affiliates wouldn't carry a 4th hour; they, especially, would be very defiant over NBC demanding another daytime hour from them. The 3rd hour of Today, replaced Later Today, which replaced Sunset Beach, as per daytime hours of NBC network programming.

As for NBC syndicated programs: I was wondering what would replace Starting Over. Now I know: IVillage Live. In Philadelphia, WCAU 10 is intent on keeping the 10! show (local show airing at 10am).

Megan Mullally show wasn't placed on WCAU, unlike NY where its going to WNBC, and is going to MY PHL 17 instead for Philly, where it will do poorly.
