A Blast from the past

For a few years leading up to the Planet, 106.7 was simulcasting WAMB. One night, within maybe a month before the format change, I tuned in. (Why I don't know. I didn't like anything they played.) What was coming out of my speakers, i would classify as Mainsteam Rock or Active Rock. It was LOUD! I called the station: "Is this going to continue?" A very deep voiced DJ said (1 sec, 2 sec, 3 sec) "No."
