A Canadian 1380

I'm in western suburban Cleveland, Ohio. In the early evening hours recently I caught a snippet of a weather forecast in which the male announcer was giving the temperatures in celsius degrees, and not mentioning the corresponding fahrenheit readings. What might the station be, and where are they located?

The station I try to hear is Lorain Ohio's WDLW 1380 "Cool Cat Oldies". They don't have to power down until nightfall, but sometimes their signal starts going away earlier anyway.

When I looked it up, there's just one station left in Canada on 1380. It's CKPC Brantford, ON. It's shown as 25000 watts. With all the stations moving to FM, it's kind of hard to remember the ones that are still on AM.

It would have to be Brantford. There's no fear of that station leaving AM. There's no ro0m on FM left down there, and it's holding it's own even as a music station.
