KMVQ does this, and there are a few San Fransisco stations also doing (or was recently once doing) dance programming on CHR rhythmic and top 40 stations. Even the Baka Boyz have their Electro-HipHop and House show syndication from there. Why is this staying within the San Fransisco circle instead of being shared elsewhere? I don't know.
We must learn to branch out and just talk to EVERYONE. Notice how even with the inventions of facebook and MySpace, we just add a bunch of people and STILL don't talk to them, even if they share our ideas. Do you even want to know how Stevie B found me? Well.... I'll explain later. I'll just say talking can make things happen.
We need to return to a society where people were not afraid to just talk to others on the streets or anywhere! I'm sure electro-hiphop and house isn't big ONLY in San Fransisco. I bet Dj Laz at WPOW doesn't even know the PD at KMVQ, but if they were introduced to each other, their ideas together could spark something, even if it was a third person to act on the idea!
I'm glad that at least people like Tiesto and David Guetta and Akon and Three6Mafia...etc are learning to just branch out and break out of their inner circles to create new sounds..
By now, there should be many more chr's with dance programming than there are now. Also notice how there's always one person who starts it, and a bunch of followers who "bite off" of the idea and follow along...
