A Christmas Radio Memory

Does anyone remember this:

There was a Buffalo station on Christmas eve that would play a couple of Christmas stories on the radio. One of them was Lorne Greene reading "The Gift of The Magi" and I don't remember who did the other story or what it was about. I do know there was another one.

They did it every Christmas eve and I always enjoyed it as a kid who often had his ear to the radio at night.

Merry Christmas to all,

MikeM
