A Crummey way to silence a PD's blog

Ever since the Evil One departed Phoenix radio via El Lay, KT'R PD, Russ Hill, has been silent on Crummey's departure and the hiring of J.D. Hayworth.

Perhaps he is too busy shopping his story on how he helped topple El Lay's Evil One Joe Crummey, or perhaps he is too busy searching for Perry Como bumper music for Pat McMahon. Whatever the case may be, I'm anxiously awaiting the next breaking scandal.

Here are some suggested topics for Mr. Hill's Blog:

  • Rush Limbaugh broadcasts from Florida and NOT the EIB building in New York.
  • Bruce Jacobs is actually Sean Hannity's evil twin brother
  • J.D. Hayworth had gastric bypass surgery. Shocking, I know!
  • Senator John McCain is really old. Who knew??
  • 3TV's Brad Perry is NOT a meteorologist!!

I'm sure that the rest of you can also provide other scintillating topics for Mr. Hill's blog. He hasn't posted since 4/20, so perhaps we can help provide him with something to write about! Fire away!! ;D

I just went to it and it looked like he posted in the last few days.

After a ten-day hiatus the MasterBlogger is back!

Telling us all about "The Snoozeroom" which did indeed
premiere this afternoon at 6/5 Central.

What does it mean? One less hour of traditional McBland
and one new hour of McBland trying to be hip!

Contemporary topics for Pat to bounce around with some
of the younger KT'R staffers...or at least that's what it
sounded like in the 3:30 half hour today.

I guess because they call it the Newsroom, they have
to actually do it from...the newsroom. Maybe all the
ambient "newsgathering noise in the background" will
convince the audience KT'R is where it's at for that
desired 25-54 demo.

Was the Newsroom catered by Bill Johnson's Big Apple? ;)

The show sucks. It's a lame idea and sounded even worse than I thought it would.

McBland being hip reminds me of once seeing a Merv Griffin show about New Wave music with Flock of Seagulls.

To Pat, hand held calculators are hip and new.
