My lil nephew of age ten or so -- GREAT-nephew, actually -- was awed when he saw me a few months ago spinning dial at his family's kitchen table on a new Grundig S450. He said it was 'the oldest radio' he ever saw.
Can't imagine what his reaction would've been if his uncle was listening to one of these ........
