A&E/Lifetime-who owns it?

Is it Disney and Hearst or NBC Comcast? On one social networking site someone says it's NBC Comcast, but I'm sure it's the Disney-Hearst partnership. Also, didn't NBC's part-ownership in A&E date back to the '80s when then-NBC parent RCA owned at least part of The Entertainment Channel, a forerunner of A&E?

A&E/Lifetime is owned by Disney/Hearst. (50% Each) Disney is also the majority owner of ESPN. (80%; Hearst owns the remainder.)
