Over the past week or so I have noticed that there is a radio station broadcasting between 97.1 and 98.5. It is a foreign langauge station and I noticed last night around midnight that the announcer was speaking in French. Any ino on this? <P ID="signature">______________

I haven't heard that! How bizzare.

I have to say that when I read the subject line to this, I swore I thought it was the beginning of a joke: "A french pirate walks in to a bar..."

If this is the same station I recieved, then its at 97.9, and I have no idea what launguage hes speaking. But I do know the signal is real strong. I believe the station is in Lawrenceville, only because as you make the trip from downtown lville to Duluth , he fades shortly after you pass the mall on 120
and on the way to lilburn on 29 He fades at pleasant hill road.

I live in Virginia Highlands and I can pick one up at 103.7--It is Reggae and Zydeco with French.

Actually it would be:

"What did the French Pirate say to the passenger ship he was trying to pillage?"
"I give up."
"That's right!!"
