What, no Gary Dickson for best new talent in market ;).

NB...some may recall Larry Richert winning that award after assuming morning role at KDKA despite nearly 20 years at KD TV and the legendary Adkins-run WTAE.

Those awards are a joke. Rick Bergman is up for best talk show host and he's barely on the air at all.

The problem is that they're self-nominated, you submit an entry.
______________

Well, part of the reason that you submit entries is that it is first and foremost a charitable endeavor, with the money going to the March of Dimes. I would be more than happy to see some new names on the list, but in order to do that, you would need new talent/shows in the market, and Pittsburgh is one of those markets where that doesn't happen all that often.

Where can you get a list of all the entrants?
______________

Not sure, though usually the PG or Trib will run a list of some sort prior to the event. I just happened to see a list at work, which is how I knew them.
