A-Infos Radio Site bandwidth cap

According to an email I recieved from them yesterday, the A-Infos Radio Project website has had a bandwidth cap imposed on them by their host. This means their uploads and downloads have become excruciatingly slow.

Are there any other similar free sites I could use for MP3/podcast storage?
