"A" is no more.

In Atlantic Canada, that's not much of a problem as the only newscast A Atlantic (the station formerly known as ASN) runs is a weekday CTV Atlantic-branded newscast at noon ;D

And in Alberta, Access (whose logo is based on A's and is part of the A system) has no news at all.

Of course, that being said, will Access become CTV Two as well, or will it just stay "Access"?

They don't seem to know at this point. (for the same reason it wasn't changed to "A" in the first place)

Sounds like it would be a perfect time to make CTV2 a digital subchannel on CTV stations that are required to go digital in the fall. This could also bring CTV2/A into many markets that have CTV translators but have never had CTV2/A translators, since there are many more out there for CTV. Although most translators are exempt from going digital, but will have to someday.
