A lesson in poor customer service, featuring Mark Levin

This is a good lesson to all of us regarding "confidential emails". Anything you send can get plastered on a message board or internet by an unaffiliated party.

Wilson sure doesn't think much of those people that make his station profitable. With this level of arrogance, it becomes a fair to question the motives for removing Levin and leaking these e-Mails.

It may have made good business sense to replace Levin with something else, but the level of contempt for those WSPD 'serves' coupled with the questionable programming that replaced Levin could provide an opening for a new Toledo talker once their contract with Rush is up.

Everyone looks bad in this e-mail chain except Mark Levin.

No need for the FTL guys or Wilson to do what they did.
No need for the affiliate rep to include Levin.

Levin was offering a parting shot to a station he already lost, not trying to save the stick.

This will definitely give PDs pause when considering FTL.

I wonder if customers generated from Mark Levin show are as angry as he portrays himself to be? I think they all look childish. At least Savage takes a deep breath and tells people to go eat a meatball once in a while.
