with the way the numbers were going, you knew SOMETHING had to be done.
 
I think the real concern is keeping Tessa from being picked up by CC to get her out of the market. The girl has got "mad skillz" and don't think the boys over at South Memorial are airchecking her daily.
 
You're probably right. Even though the Beat blew the crap out of K-Hits on mornings this last book, those guys are smart and taking their competition seriously.

Who do you think they'll get for Mornings on K-hits to co-host?
 
I think Josh that used to be on the Kross would be the perfect morning guy over there... He has the pulse on that age group and a great "voice" for that format... He's already over at Renda on part-time... they should just switch him over...

I don't know what in the hell you are listening to chota, but Tessa is boring and dry as hell. She has no energy and doesn't have the personality to carry a morning show in that format.
