A Monster.com for Radio job seekers

Hello,

I'm a young professional who aspires to break into the radio industry. I'm really interested in becoming a newsreader or news anchor in radio. I don't have any real world radio experience. However, I do have a degree in mass communications along with experience writing radio news copy and an on air demo. What I'd like to know is, is there a one stop shop website out there anywhere geared exclusively towards radio professionals where one can post on-air demos, writing samples and resumes for employers to find you? Kind of like a Monster.com, but for radio job seekers only? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I've been to radio job fairs in cramped meeting rooms in hotels in which I was shoulder to shoulder with other wannabes. I am convinced that, for the stations that participate in them, job fairs look good from a "public service" standpoint. But don't go to them realistically expecting to be hired. For every possible radio job out there, there are probably hundreds who want it.

My longest radio experience (a little over 11 years) was at a station in which I was a non-announcing board-op. May not seem like much fun, but I was able to "make myself useful" by continuing to do some voiceover work for the station, like the community calendar announcements and such. Not glamorous, but it still scratched that "itch" I had for doing VO work, and it was obviously useful for them as well.
