You have repeatedly told us that you are no longer involved in the operation of the station. The application for an STA shows that YOU are the person behind this.

I also noticed that the J Pole antenna is vertical polarization. It's listed as circular. I don't believe that the antenna is acceptable for LPFM use. The gain is not certified at FM frequencies.

Actually, Frank, in all fairness to Joe, he did indeed state that he was no longer involved with the pirate operation on 87.9 MHz (FM Channel 200). However, I'm sure you know the background of his efforts to resurrect Hit Video USA on low-power Channel 5. Then his experimental use of Channel 38.9. And now finally settling on Channel 6 as the audio subcarrier lands more or less on 87.7 (which most analog and digital FM receivers will cover.

So, no, Joe has disassociated himself (apparently) from the 87.9 pirate operation, but yes, he is a party to the Channel 6 venture. Two different animals.

How can it be back on the air when there's no license or even the construction permit issued? There you go trying to do a pirate operation again and this is getting to be old news
 
Joe, The FCC ASR application should have been filed in the Texas Region window in 1989, now the tower lighting system will most likely need to be brought up to current standards which for a four legged tower are a lot of lights. I think Grandfather may have died too.
