It's a trend until February 17 (or June 12, depending on whether the DTV transition is delayed or not) ... chances are a crew is working on the DTV or analog antennas on the stick of the station in question. As long as someone is on the tower, the transmitters have to go down (or extremely reduce power.)

...and Lite Mix 99.9 is WMXC.
