I have been checking out some of the new urban internet radio stations and I have to say I am pretty impressed.
These stations sound just as good as over the air stations. Good programming and great sounding liners. They sound like they are programmed by radio veterans. I am not sure what the business model is but I hope they succeed!
These stations include
Radio Magic Pittsburgh (Urban AC)

101 the Blaze Pittsburgh (Hip Hop and R and B)

Power 92 (Central Texas)(Mainstream Urban)
http://www.power92texas.com/
Grown Folk Jamz (Urban AC/Old School) and WJPC Chicago (Mostly Urban AC) also sound very good as discussed in a previous thread:

Check out these stations if you have a chance.
